National Centre for Music seeks Director of Brand & Audience Development

The National Centre for Music team is now recruiting for a significant senior role to support the organisation as it prepares to launch its brand and start building up connections with audiences.

A chance to collaboratively shape a new national organisation, this role will be fundamental in bringing NCM's vision to life for a whole range of stakeholders. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, growing audiences and inspiring the musicians of the future. They will help to establish NCM's voice, profile and reputation and ensure diverse audiences feel connected and attracted to get involved. Working closely with music sector partners, the role will also focus on positioning NCM as an iconic destination for tourists, locals and events bookers.
